It seems as if just about everything is made in China. Whether a power washer, a baby stroller or a vacuum, they share one undesirable trait. The assembly instructions are always wrong.
Either by factual omission, faulty directions or flaws in diagrams the assembly process has become a one-hour workout and given new meaning to the phrase mechanically challenged.
